1. Because of the financial uncertainty COVID19 has created in Canada, UBC Group may not be able to offer net payment terms at this time. However, as an incentive to customers providing payments in advance, UBC Group is able to offer 10% off for equipment and parts and 5% off for beer kegs for new orders.
2. Longer lead times might apply to the orders we receive from you however, we may still be able to ship order out the same day they were placed, or the next day. The situation is changing every day but at this present time, both UBC locations in BC and Ontario are open for regular business hours and operational.
