Refunds & Returns
To return a product, contact us for a return authorization number, then ship the product to the provided address.
Returned items must be shipped within seven (7) days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documents in place. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Note that sales of special-order and close-out items are final and non-returnable.
All returned items will be inspected. Damaged or incomplete products will be refused.
Damages resulting from shipping should be noted with the carrier.

Cancellations are accepted provided that the merchandise has not yet shipped.
All orders are subject to a 20% (minimum $20.00) restocking fee.
