Stainless Steel Glass Rinser for Beer Tower Drip Trays
Integrating directly into the beer tower drip trays, this glass rinser stainless steel model combines sleek design with daily bar practicality. The rinser, featuring a smooth and polished stainless steel disc, serves as an elegant and functional glass support surface behind the bar while giving a sleek, professional look to the bar area.
The use of glass rinsers in the bars has become quite the trend nowadays. The drip trays are designed to accommodate the integrated glass rinsers. This unit is a part of that trend, as it provides a clean, polished appearance without any visible seams or plastic parts. The resulting installation is visually attractive, and it blends well with stainless beer towers and high-end draft systems.
Made of thick stainless steel and equipped with a metal rinser mechanism, this unit can handle the load in a commercial environment having a lot of customers. It is made to withstand heavy usage whilst enabling the consistent rinse performance all the time.
A glass which is thoroughly rinsed can really taste better. The rinser is great at removing dust, drops of sanitizer, and other contaminants before the beer is poured. Cooling water also cools the glass slightly and wets the inner surface, thus reducing unwanted foam and helping achieve a smoother and more controlled beer pour. It's a simple fact; clean, wet glasses always give better beer pours.
Benefits of Using a Glass Rinser:
- It cleans the glass and removes impurities before each serving
- It cools the glass by spraying cold water
- The glass rinsing improves the beer pouring and foam preservation
- The glass rinsing increases the staff's productivity and the bar's appearance
- It matches the style of the contemporary stainless steel tower
Glass Rinser Water Inlet Installation:
- Always check the local plumbing codes before starting the installation.
- Connect the water supply to the street by installing a water pressure regulator in-line that is set to 15 PSI. For the rinser to work properly, the pressure should never be more than 15 PSI.
- Install an in-line one-way check valve from the street water supply to prevent pressure drop, which may cause leaking.
- Install a shut-off valve for the rinser water supply in-line. This valve should be turned off every night.
- If the rinser is connected to a soda system, check that the system has the capacity to support the additional water supply.
- If the drain is not hard-plumbed, call a plumber to put a 45 1/2" O.D. barb fitting to the drain hose for the disposal to be properly carried away.
- In case the water line is not hard-plumbed into the system, the shut-off valve should be installed separately.
